Amazing first time buying experience
Hector was a great partner in the process of buying my first home. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and listened to my needs and wants to develop new options. He counseled but never push on the process ensuring I'd make a decision that I was comfortable with. Once I chose an option, he was great in the whole process of offering and closing on the mortgage helping save money, get best possible deal, and protect my interests. His experience as a contractor, also allowed me to do an analysis of the property not just as it was, but as it could be. I highly recommend him.
