Her knowledge of the many different towns I was looking in was impressive and knew after a few stops I wouldn't be interested in many of the properties I wanted to see but took me to see them to help me figure out what I really was looking for She made the process from start to finish an enjoyable experience with the many things l was dealing with at the time she helped me every step of the way and got me the help I needed when the loan process became to much She responded back to me most of the time within minutes of my calls and many times answered the phone and kept me on track During the final walk through some of the things the seller was to fix were butchered she made a call and got me $1200 when I thought I would be lucky to get 2 or 3 hundred I highly recommend Barbara Gasior if you want to buy or sell a house she beat my time frame by 3 weeks with a short time to do It and the stress was over
