Ashley was great, she was very patient with us and took her time at every showing we went to. very honest and would tell us what she thought about the home her opinion when we ask her what her thoughts were which for us was very important. Ashley was great with our kids also which i loved because we usually always had to bring them along. I would recommend her to all my friends in a heart beat. Julie is the utmost professional. I met Julie many years ago at an open house and was so impressed with her follow up that I knew one day when it was time to sell my house I would reach out to Julie. Patrick was both personable and professional. He has lived in the northwest suburbs for decades, and knows neighborhoods well- key to pricing our home correctly! He met with us several times to help us decide when to list, what to do to our home to get ready for listing (and what not to do!), and how to price our home. He was very connected with all of our open houses, and kept in touch with feedback after showings and open houses. He was able to recommend excellent professionals to help us prepare our house (handyman, cleaning etc.) because of how well connected he is in the area. He walked us through negotiating our contract, inspection items, and closing. Patrick helped us list, negotiate a contract, and close on our home in under 3 months.
