Patrick was very professional and key in helping us getting our house sold within 3 weeks of listing during the month of January. He has an eye for the details and helped guide us through the staging process, as well as helping coordinate some misc projects that required some outside vendors. Throughout the buying and selling process, Patrick kept us informed and prepared us for the next stage. He was always calm, confident, and provided us with realistic expectations.
