Paul is a great realtor. I've had realtors who have been asleep at the wheel, so Paul was such a breath of fresh air. He understands the Chicagoland market, and used that knowledge to guide us through the process. He worked with great partners and was able to get us an inspector who had the same work ethic. He was very patient with us and, most importantly, a tough advocate for us during this process. I always felt like he had our back when he sold our place and when he helped us find a new one. If you want a realtor who will truly tell you the truth and fight for you, this is the guy.

Evelyn was wonderful! We started our selling experience before I even put my place on the market. She gave me advice on what needs to be done to sell my unit and realistic goals were set. Her husband and business partner Marion was equally as helpful from reading documents, advising on repairs, and just being there for questions and help. Together they made the best team.

My house sale was two and a half months ago, and I am still raving about how fantastic my real estate agent, Steve Hobbs, was. I have probably recommended him to thirty people over that time period and will keep on doing it. Every word I use to describe him is a superlative: he was the most responsive, the most knowledgeable, the most focused, the hardest working, the most honest, the most upbeat, the smartest agent EVER! I mean every word of that description- and challenge anyone to find a better agent. You won't. He's that good. We are even begging him to get licensed in Wisconsin to sell a family property for us.

Hire Scott Curcio. It was the best decision we made before selling our home. Hire him before you make any update/upgrade decisions. Take his advice. He knows everything you need to do to sell quickly. He is incredibly professional, helpful, patient and loves his profession. Scott sold our home pre-market and we accepted an offer before our first open house. Scott leads a team of amazing realtors and support professionals. I was wary of the team concept and had read negative reviews of other realtors whose clients felt “pawned off” on others. This was never the case with Scott Curcio Residential. As busy as we knew Scott was, he was always there when we needed him and we always felt like we were a priority. And everyone on the team has his energy and love of what they do. They treat your home like it is their own and are always at your home if a potential buyer wants to walk through. The least stressful part of this process was working with Scott and his team. Ken Sabino is the broker who was instrumental in finding us a new home pre-market, giving us an edge over other buyers in a very tight market.
