We were referred to Lindsey for the sale of a second home, a 13th Floor condo overlooking Grant Park in Chicago. The referral came from a real estate agent / friend that had worked with our family on multiple buy & sell transactions before relocating out of state. Lindsey was referred as a very friendly, high-energy and experienced agent that we would enjoy working with. The referral turned out to be totally accurate, if not understated. Lindsey met with us on multiple occasions to explain the sale process, value the property and position the property for an efficient sale. She explained the value of "staging" the property for a quick sale and worked with us to arrange for the removal of our furnishings, clean-up of the condo, and staging by a third-party specialty company. We were not able to schedule open house viewing due to building restrictions, so Lindsey was present at all individual broker-buyer showings. Her approach is to be personally involved during the entire process. She would provide timely feedback on each viewing and explain why the potential buyers were or were not interested in the property. Lindsey made certain that we were totally informed and in synch with her discussions with the brokers for potential buyers. End result - 2-1/2 months after staging, we had a firm cash offer and 4 weeks later we closed on the sale. Lindsey's work and outstanding personal connection with us made a stressful process manageable. We were completely happy with the relationship and highly recommend her...we consider Lindsey a friend, as well as our new go-to real estate agent.
