Julie has been simply God sent. She's kind, thoughtful, cares about her clients in a genuine way and is excellent in exercising her skills as a real estate professional. I do not believe that any other agent could have conducted the sale and purchase of 2 properties in the manner Julie has. She was consultative and honest in a constructive manner helping my sister and I make the best decisions available to us. Julie understood our goals, kept them primary to our discussion and delivered in what I personally thought would be difficult. Arla Unwin's failure to communicate all the details of a counteroffer resulted in killing a real estate deal. She negotiates via text message rather than taking the time to place a call or send an email to the other party's broker. And then she does not carefully read the text messages, resulting in missed information. When making one of the biggest purchases of your life, a home or condo purchase, you expect the broker representing you to be a lot more careful and diligent. Arla is sloppy about the details, and the details mean everything!

Courtney was the absolute best in every way. She was incredibly attentive and really went above and beyond what I consider the standard for realtors. She treated our home as if it was her's and I believe that gave us an edge in the competitive market. After having a deal fall apart due to the buyer losing his job and not being able to move forward, within 5 days Courtney had us in a bidding war that ended in a sale over asking price. I couldn't recommend her any higher and she will always be my recommendation to friends and family in the Chicago area.

If you’re looking to work with someone who goes all in, Elizabeth is the right agent for you! She has the in-depth knowledge of the local and North Chicago areas, a firm pulse on the market, connections to a variety of service providers and she’s actively engaged until the deal is done! I’ve worked with Elizabeth a few times. I am out of state so my needs may be a bit different than the average buyer/seller but they were always met and exceeded. Elizabeth is a true professional and she consistently went well above and beyond expectations. She’s was realistic in assessing my house compared to the market, determining the starting price and aggressive in making sure we had active open houses with a lot of foot traffic. She is proactive in heading off any unforeseen issues and is firm in her dealings with potential buyers & throughout the negotiation process. Elizabeth was on top of all of the moving parts and her attention to follow-up and follow-through is top-notch. She's so experienced - over 25 years - that there's no real estate situation that she hasn't already dealt with. She is warm, engaging and at the same time, highly professional. Her decades of professional experience in the Skokie, Evanston, North Shore market brings the benefit of providing important advice and/or insight to any sale or purchase. I've worked with her on deals of 229,000 to 650,000 and her attention to me and the process was identical in each case. I've referred her to 4 friends over the years and they have all remarked about her talent for this work and her focus on professionalism. Grace's can-do attitude and attention to detail made the home-buying process much simpler. Additionally, unlike some people I've encountered in sales, she never pretends to know more than she does. When we had questions she couldn't answer on the spot, she made inquiries and got back to us same-day.
