If I were going into battle, I'd want Julie by my side. She has worked within some challenging parameters to put me into 2 homes that perfectly suited my needs at the right price. Her attention to detail and her knowledge of the market are extraordinary, and she has a way of giving sage advice without pushing. Furthermore, Julie recognized that I was moving under challenging personal circumstances, and she was sensitive to that. When it came time to sell my condo, she advised me on putting the best foot forward and invested in doing high quality digital staging to make my listing pop. Her counsel about pricing was spot-on, and she help multiple open houses to keep interest high and found ways to bring in potential buyers even from far afield. She's a pro on on levels.

Truly a five star experience. She listened to us to understand our vision, proactively showed us options and could schedule showings for us that worked with our complicated schedule. We were moving from out of state, so plenty of our interaction was remote. While that sounds challenging (buying a house is daunting enough), her advocacy for us and understanding of our wishes made it barely a factor. From start to finish (we got a house!!) she has been fantastic. Couldn't be happier. Thank you!

From pulling comps, gathering opinions on listing price, staging, listing, showing, an amazing open house, and even handling each of our multiple offers with care, Courtney made us feel like we were her only clients in the world! Honestly, with the number of calls, questions, and visits Courtney had with me at all hours of the day and night, it felt impossible that she could be working with anyone else. I strongly recommend asking Courtney to help you buy a home. My husband and I stumbled upon a house we loved, and asked Courtney to take us back for a second look. We were not in the market or even looking when we first saw the house, it was supposed to be just for fun. When we fell in love, Courtney took us seriously, and things moved very quickly at that point. Courtney introduced us to our now amazing lender who was able to crunch numbers quickly and make sure we could jump in with both feet, even though we hadn't begun the process of listing or selling our current home. (Courtney helped us with that, too!) Courtney was with us every step of the way on the purchase of our new home. She worked closely with the listing agent, and got all of our questions answered, and worked with our lender very closely as well. I really just sat back and let Courtney drive.
