Jenny was the best guide I could have hoped for through the brutal realities of the Los Angeles real estate market. She offers the perfect mix of honesty and encouragement and knows the NELA market like the back of her hand. I won the second home that I put an offer on, and it was Jenny's strategic thinking and deep relationships with other brokers that helped me gain the edge to buy a home that exceeded my expectations for what was possible. I'm writing this review sitting on my deck, surrounded by beautiful fruit trees, in the 1920s Spanish home that I've dreamed of since I moved to Los Angeles many years ago. Not only did she help me get this home, she provided a list of trusted vendors that have helped me make some upgrades - knowing that these vendors were recommended by Jenny and her team, I didn't feel the need to shop around or worry that they wouldn't do a great job. While buying a home will always be a stressful experience, I know that I've had the smoothest possible version thanks to being represented by Jenny.

Jenny was incredible to work with from start to finish. Allie is an awesome agent who's got your back, with a powerful team behind her. We picked Allie & Steve to represent the sale of our property because they were incredibly passionate about real estate, generous with their knowledge, great listeners, and demonstrated expertise. They brought the BEST vendors from the stager, videographer, photographer, floorplan, 3D tour, etc. the marketing was stellar! I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Clark Living. My husband and I bought our first house in June of 2017 with the patient and wonderful guidance of Allie Altschuler. Allie carefully answered all of our questions (and re-answered when we forgot) and addressed any concerns we had. She was incredibly communicative, patient, and never pushy. Allie respected our budget, gave us great investment advice, and never pressured us into situations where we were uncomfortable. She was a champion advocate in all of the negotiations, always being clear and fair. The LA real estate market was so hard on us (multiple bidders and cash offers made the competition so intense!) - I don't know what we would have done without Allie!
