This is the third property that Tracey Kreiser has sold for us. We didn't have any success selling my mother's home at a public auction. Tracey came out the same day that we called her to look over the home. The next day she gave us a figure, which really blew our minds after being told that the property wasn't worth what we thought and her value was much higher than we expected.
