Tracy is the best. Any question I had she returned with an answer that day. When she listed our property, I was amazed with the photos and the total package online. She was constantly giving updates. In less than 2 months, our house was sold for our asking price. She is a 24/7 agent. No complaints what-so- ever. Would highly recommend her to anyone.

I can't imagine your thoughts while on vacation. You worked hard while on vacation. Setting up new times for selling. Looking for a new house to purchase. We found one and closed in record time. Ten days for closing. Pretty awesome.
Tracey was helpful through our entire home-selling process - answering questions both in person and over the phone when we needed her. I've never been through a home-selling experience, and like anything else that's new, it's a little scary. Tracey confidently guided us through it, and everything went smoothly, even with a couple house updates that had to be accomplished after inspection. This put the closing date off, but Tracey also handled that like a walk in the park. If I still lived in PA and had a house to sell, I'd look her up and ask her to be my realtor.
