The Tracey Kreiser Team

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Coral! She truly went above and beyond throughout the entire process of selling my home. She was always available to answer questions, offer guidance, and make everything as smooth and stress-free as possible. She genuinely had my best interests at heart during the entire process. I am beyond grateful for her dedication, hard work, and support. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor and would highly recommend Coral to anyone!

Tracey is very responsive and easy to communicate with. She listens well and uses her deep experience of the market to provide excellent advice. She put our interests first and never pressured. She worked well with the selling agents and navigated our remote closing seamlessly. In our experience after purchasing 5 homes over the course of a number of years, her professionalism is outstanding.

Tracey was wonderful to work with. Her knowledge and passion for her job are top notch. She communicated with us every step of the way from start to finish. We highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell their property.

Exceeded Every Single Expectation on Both Sides of My Move! Trying to sell a home and buy a new one at the same time can be incredibly overwhelming, but this team made it look easy. Tracey Kreiser did an amazing job selling my home for a great price, and her colleague Brook Kauffman was wonderful in helping me buy my new house. They are trustworthy, responsive, and highly skilled professionals who truly put their clients first. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell! Look no further Saunders Real Estate will get the job done!

We started working with Coral in July and our first home purchase was completed by mid October. Coral was very communicative and we knew we were in good hands. Coral provided answers quickly and made a point to take our busy work schedules into consideration. Coral was always only a phone call or text message away, and in a very quick acting market we believe that is why we were able to secure our first home so quickly! We cannot thank her enough and highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to make their first home purchase or beyond!

Tracy has the full knowledge of how the housing market works and is very professional to the sellers and buyers. She goes above and beyond to answer the many questions we had about getting the house ready for selling. She communicates everything with us so we know the whole process of selling to closing. She will be my agent again when we are ready to retire
