Mike listens carefully to what you are specifically searching for concerning property and location. He has great patience and communication skills. He always asks valid questions after a viewing to add information to your file to help him find your dream home. He works tirelessly to ensure that he can present great options for viewing and works with your schedule to get quick access for viewings. He is ALWAYS optimistic and projects confidence that is contagious. We had been scouring the Hills area for almost two years under the guidance of two different agents when we were introduced to Mike. His attitude and encouragement spiked our hope level. We were NOT disappointed! He was able to guide us through acquiring a home we could only have dreamed of living in!! He is respectful of not only his clients as buyers but also the sellers. I firmly believe this deal was only made possible because of Mike’s commitment, knowledge of the market and desire that all parties are comfortable with the end result. He kept us well informed of the steps that would lead up to closing and the scheduling involved. Following our purchase he has gone above and beyond to answer all the questions that have cropped up and make sure that our transition is smooth. I can’t say enough great things about Mike!
