Wonderful Realtor!

We have worked with Karen to buy and sell! When we were buyers, she was patient with us, knowledgeable, and worked hard to get us what we wanted. Go-getter that fights for your best interest!

Working with my realtor was an outstanding experience from start to finish. She was respectfully aggressive when it came to advocating for my best interests, making sure every opportunity was pursued while remaining professional and considerate throughout the process. She was always responsive, answered my questions quickly, and kept me informed every step of the way. Her politeness, patience, and attention to detail made what could have been a stressful experience feel much more manageable. One of her greatest strengths is her strong connection to the community. Bulldog negotiator with extensive knowledge of the current market and how to leverage it

Michelle came highly recommended with the exact phrasing 'she's a bulldog' and she lived up to that billing. She was extremely knowledgeable of the areas, comps, and advocating for us as buyers during the negotiation. She has an extensive network of trusted contacts we could pull from for the various services we needed both prior to closing as well as post closing. When the time comes we will have her sell what we just purchased. We're grateful for all of her help and recommend her to all!

Liberty Park expert!

Michelle is "in the know" in Liberty Park! I contacted her to market my home and she was able to bring me great buyers with an outstanding offer.
