I called Susie and she came right away, had the photographer there in 2 days, and as soon as she had the photos she listed the condo. That was Thursday. We had an all cash offer for more than we asked, with no inspection, and close within a week by Sunday night. Sure enough, we closed Friday. Susie kept us informed every step of the way. I give her highest marks!

From the first time we met Hollie, it was a great relationship. We were amazed at all she did to get ready to sell our home. She also gave great advice to us about getting ready to sell. She helped us come up with what we should ask for the house. It was more that what we thought it would sell for. Hollie was very knowledgeable about the market, and was able to guide us to an asking price that served us well. She was very personable.
