My husband and I met Alex at an open house months before we were ready to purchase. We were teasing with the idea at the time, and she was instantly informative and showed genuine interest in our real estate needs. She was in touch prior to pre-approval and was helpful in navigating that process. We are cautious and calculated people, and Alex was the perfect professional to throw countless questions. She discussed our long-term real estate goals and if the property we purchased would be a wise investment. She learned our likes and dislikes so quickly, and we didn't have to discuss the same thing twice. Alex has a great sense of humor and was easy to talk to when frustrations arose. She kept the energy light and easy. During closing week, she pushed for our final needs to be met, and we sat at the closing table with total confidence. Since closing, Alex has checked on us while we settle into our FIRST home! She is a joy to work with, and I would recommend her to anyone even thinking about real estate. (And her sense of fashion is amazing!!)
