Susie has been showing us houses for several years. We were in search of a home that we would eventually retire in. Our goal was for it be be one that we could use to age in place. There were specific criteria for us to feel like it would meet our objectives. Throughout our search, Susie made herself readily available to show us lots of houses. She also identified some before we had knowledge of the listings. She was always encouraging us that our house could be found. And she even seemed to enjoy the process of helping us look. I'd give 6 stars if I could. Having Hollie as our agent buying our home was the best decision. She was with us every step of the way and her knowledge and experience were on full display. She always made us feel comfortable and made sure we got exactly what we wanted and needed. Her contacts in the industry made the whole process as painless as possible when it came to inspections. I did not really have those connections and she was able to recommend multiple options for us to choose. Buying a home was daunting for me but I can honestly say Hollie put my wife and I at ease and the whole thing could not have been any better and I give her the credit for that. If we ever have any other need in real estate she is the only person we would ever call.
