My husband and I starting looking to buy a home five years ago, during that time I was seven months pregnant with my daughter so when looking for a home it can sometimes be a little stressful but finding Lou as our agent was the best thing because working with him made our search and complete buying process smooth and easy. Lou helped us find our house when we moved from out of state. He was patient and extremely flexible. We had to find a house in a very short period of time. We were unable to come back for the inspection, so Lou went to make sure the inspection ran smoothly. He went out to the house several times before we moved in to meet with the inspector and other contractors that needed to make some minor repairs before we moved in. Lou is extremely trustworthy. We felt at complete ease with his advice, and we still use one of the contractors he referred to us. Lou builds relationships with his clients. He is always willing to help when needed. We had a great experience using Lou.

As a first time home buyer, I was so lucky to find Lou as a real estate agent. I always heard stories about real estate agents being pushy or not being honest. But I gotta say Lou was awesome! He took the time to explain everything to us, the pros and the cons. He listened to what we wanted. When we would say lets keep looking, he would say ok. He never once tried to push us into buying anything we did not want. Whenever I had questions I could call him or text him and he would actually respond back right away! I feel Lou Herring went above and beyond in every part of our journey and he was completely honest with us. For that I will always be greatful for finding Lou Herring to be our real estate agent, and I would not hesitated to recommend him to anyone. We had an extremely difficult townhouse to sell. Not only was it in a flood plain, there was a horrible renter attempting to sabotage the sale of the property. Here comes Lou Herring to save the day. Lou is by far the BEST agent I have every had to opportunity to work with. If you are looking for someone to just be transactional, then Lou is not the agent for you. Honestly, not only is Lou my forever and exclusive agent with my personal and investment property, he has become a member of the family. His contact with you does not stop when you close, it continues years post your transaction. I know that I can call on Lou anytime that I need to just bounce a question off of and get direction. With Lou, it is personal as he takes and makes each of his customers family and treats them as such. For example, a couple of years ago, I discussed listing an investment property to sell with Lou, however, needed to do some major updates in order to get it ready for market. Lou was constantly there with me doing the updates to save me from having to hire contractors. He has even gone out and cut the grass of one of my properties while I was out of town and couldn’t get it done myself. He is ALWAYS looking out for the best for his customers.
