Stacey was absolutely invaluable to us throughout our move to Pelham and the entire process of building our new home. From helping us find the perfect community and lot to the day we finally got our keys, she was there for us every step of the way. Her knowledge and experience were invaluable, and whenever questions or concerns came up along the way, she was there to guide us and advocate for our best interests. She even helped us find a convenient storage unit during our move, and it seemed like no matter what we needed, she always knew just the right person to call! Having someone we trusted so completely made such a difference during what could have been a very stressful process. We truly couldn’t have done it without her. The best part is that somewhere along the way, she became much more than our real estate agent. She became a dear friend. Stacey Adcock is the most thoughtful, knowledgeable realtor I have ever met. I have used several realtors in the past and Stacey is heads above any of the others. Her knowledge of how to get the most money for your property is unmatched and she actually cares as much as her clients. She makes sure your home is shown in the best light possible and has the best pictures taken. She also makes videos explaining everything about your property. The video is so professionally done. She goes above and beyond to show your home through open houses and agent open houses. She helps to negotiate the best deal for her clients. She is there step by step making sure all is taken care of and that you understand every step from when you begin your journey until when you sign the finally papers. When we retire and sell our current home, she will be our realtor again.

Bryant is incredibly knowledgable and understands all of the nuances of the market that others miss. He is one of those people that you meet and can tell right away that they have a innate ability to perform their job to a level higher than others. Not only does he know his stuff, he is so thoughtful and kind. We have really enjoyed getting to know him over this experience! I am sad that he sold our house so fast because I missed hearing from him so regularly. He is also so incredibly professional even in the company of other realtors that were not moving in a respectful way. We had complete trust and faith in him to represent us, and will always use and recommend Bryant in the future. Such a great guy! We love him!

Lauren was very easy to work with. She is an excellent communicator and takes the time to listen to your needs and wants. Home finding and buying can be a very trying experience and Lauren makes it easier and more enjoyable. She works diligently to help you find the right house, asking questions along the way to help pinpoint your “must-haves”.
