I don’t know what we would have done without Jill. It took us quite a while to determine what size and location of a house that we would like to purchase. We listed our home with Daniel after a recommendation from my mother-in-law. We had tried working with another agent and it did not work out. I saw the difference in the 1st meeting when Daniel came prepared with information about our property, he did his research about the market we were in. He told me that I should be listing my home for thousands more, based on comparables in the market. He began giving me practical advice regarding the walk up to the house, staging and what buyers want and expect. He was helpful, honest, knowledgeable, thorough, diligent and patient through the whole process. When selling your home, you find that a good realtor is indispensable. Even after the first offer fell through, we had another offer within days and the sale was very easy. Daniel acted as our advocate and gave us sage advice at every point. I highly recommend Daniel because he goes above and beyond to serve his clients and he responds quickly to calls and texts. It is a bonus that he is a believer!
