It took me awhile to write this simply because I wanted to make sure I had the best words possible,

It took me awhile to write this simply because I wanted to make sure I had the best words possible, I moved to Florida after living in the same place for 28 years and while this adventure has been terrifying Don made finding my first place the easiest and greatest experience of my life. He was kind and understood exactly what I wanted, and was always very quick to respond. He is very experienced and it makes this whole process a lot easier. He even made it easier on my parents who naturally were concerned for their youngest. He was a fantastic realtor, and he’s a fantastic man. I’d highly recommend him.

Don Hunter worked with me for almost a year to find a Florida home that worked with my budget and my loan. He is a very caring person and I can't thank him enough for all his hard work dedication. He is trustworthy and dependable. Anytime I had a question he was always available to talk. If you need a real estate agent he is awesome! Thank you Don for helping me make my dreams come true!

Don has been our resident expert from the moment we first spoke on the phone. He is very attentive and detail oriented and very honest. We feel very comfortable with Don and know that he truly understands what we are looking for in a home and will give us an honest opinion of the neighborhoods that we find homes in to look at. He is extremely knowledgeable about the market area we are interested in and always has helpful suggestions for how to make small improvements to homes we are considering. We don't think we would have been able to negotiate the purchase of a home without Don as the process is quite a bit different than it was way back when we purchased our first home. We would highly recommend that you contact Don if you are interested in purchasing a home any time in the future.

I have to tell you all that I highly recommend Mr. Hunter if you are looking for a real estate agent. He will do an excellent job for you and you will not be disappointed. Mr. Hunter is very prompt and will keep you informed on every step of your home search. He has sent us detailed information on the properties that we looked at and he is now helping us through our property inspections and our upcoming closing. I can't express enough how fortunate I feel to have Mr. Hunter as my agent.
