Excellent service. Patricia's extensive realty experience was absolute key to our closing.
My husband and I wanted to purchase a beautiful home built in the 1960s. To add even more "fun" to the purchase, the house was being sold under a post Probate Court ruling. Patricia's in-depth knowledge of County, Lender and Attorney requirements is the ONLY reason we were able to close in 32 days after contract signing. Her willingness to answer calls 7 days a week, schedule inspections as needed and submit any/all requested documents is a great testement to her being one of the best Realtors in the field.
