Eric Greenstein was always my "go to" realtor. We met when I purchased my condo in 2016. Through the last 9 years I often asked him to show me different properties and he was always willing and with a smile. He drove me around or met me at least 20 homes. Each time I apologized for not making a decision. He always reminded me that he loved his work and was happy to represent me. I finally decided to move out of Florida and listed my condo. The sale went smoothly and again he was always available to answer any questions I had along the way. Even when he was on vacation. If I had one wish, I'd like to clone him each time I need a realtor. Alas. He is one of a kind. Give him a call, you will not regret it.

With my home I was trying to sell being only one bedroom, it was not an easy sale. Yet, I desperately wanted to move closer to my grandchildren. Eric never gave up and came up with many ideas to help make it more desirable. Thankfully, Eric was able to make the only realistic bid I had on the house, work out for me! He also handled my purchase of my new home, where I am now extremely happy! I truly appreciate all his hard work to finally make my dream come true!
