I tend to be busy most of my Days, but George made a quick and easy to settle appointments to do walk-ins or to answer any questions I had. George has a great personality and a lot of experience. It also helped that George knows Spanish because some words that are hard to understand in English. He can translate them to Spanish and give you a better understanding of what it means. He help me buy my first house and I am sure I will contact him again once I get enough money to buy my next house 🏡

After such a positive experience with my first condo and its impressive monthly cash flow, I decided to dive into a second investment property. We found a fantastic penthouse condo nearby, featuring high ceilings, recent remodeling, and a gated parking lot. Jorge worked his magic once again, negotiating a great deal for this new property. During the inspection, we discovered that the new A/C unit wasn’t functioning properly. Although the home inspector wasn’t overly concerned, thinking it was a minor issue since the unit was relatively new, I was later shocked to find out from my handyman that the repairs would cost $4,500.
