Bryan was so patient and waited to allow us to sell our home at the right time with providing insight and making sure we had a place to stay while our new home was being built. Stephania made our home buying experience very smooth. We so much appreciate the advice she offered, her judgment, knowledge of the community we moved to, and the people she works with. Bryan is an amazing agent to work with. Very professional, very friendly. He put your interests first over anything else. Even though he has other clients at same time, he always makes it like you are the only one he is working with and the only one that matters to him. He answers texts or calls immediately and talks with you on the spot, he never says "let me call you back when I have the time." He makes a very stressful time such as selling a home as easy as possible. I always had a false assumption that real estate agents made way too much money for too little work, LOL. Bryan taught me that is not the case at all. He worked his butt off getting my house sold in only 5 days, and not at the asking price, but above the asking price. We moved out of state so I will not be able to work with him again, but if the opportunity arose, he would be the first and only agent I would call.

My wife and I reached out to Riley after using another agent for nearly a year. Within a couple of weeks of working with Riley, we identified our dream home that had just entered escrow. Due to Riley's diligent follow up with the seller agent, we got to walk through the property just in case the deal fell through. To our surprise, the current buyer ended up backing out of escrow and Riley was able to get in an offer that was accepted under asking price. Taylor was such a great help to us on our (very long) journey to buy our first home in California, during probably one of the craziest times to buy a home. Over the course of 9 months she took us to see countless properties and was always encouraging when we lost out on one. She always stayed positive (even when I was not) and kept re-assuring us that the perfect house for our family was out there and that we would find it. Then we did!
