Bryan is amazing to work with! We had a very diff experience with him than with another we worked with previously. He is super responsive and moves quickly when there's a home you're interested in. He came to every tour with a printout on the property, comp pricing and some background details. He gave us great guidance and we won the first home we put an offer on! With our previous realtor we made around 9 offers and never got a response. It just goes to show the difference when you work with someone who is experienced! I would highly recommend Bryan.

Riley was fantastic from the beginning to the end. I will definitely be working with him again in the near future!What made the experience so great?- Riley had very timely communication and was able to quickly schedule showings. This allowed us to move quickly- Riley was able to find out important details from the selling agent which gave us a good idea of what to offer- When we found the house we really wanted, Riley stayed on top it and made sure the seller moved fast in order to secure the deal. Which he did!- He was very thorough with verifying information (inspections, seller disclosures and fixes)
