Clara helped us navigate the process of buying a home near Orange County. New to the area, we did not even know where to start, and she patiently showed us homes from Long Beach to Orange Hills, and from Irvine to Laguna Hills. Eventually, we bought a home in Aliso Viejo, a neighborhood that we hadn't even heard of but which she recommended as she got to know us--a great recommendation! She was patient and hard-working, answering our questions and helping us to see things from different perspectives. Unlike some of the sharks out there, she is a highly ethical realtor, but at the same time she is a well prepared and tough negotiator. She also supported us after the sale, which technically she didn't have to do, but it says something about her commitment to her clients.

I feel like the hardest thing to find in real estate is someone who will truly look out for your interests, beyond the required bare minimum. As a buyer’s agent, Bryan pushed for me to negotiate on price and repair credits, even though it was directly contrary to his own interests. Highly recommended.
