Where do we start in reviewing Bryan and his RE services… We have been looking for about a year now. Bryan showed and wrote offers on an exorbitant number of homes, but in this crazy market they all got close but not accepted. Decided to take a break and try again recently. And we finally got our offer accepted and closed escrow today! He was incredibly creative, as you have to be in this market, he was patient, easy going and super knowledgeable! And believe me we asked a lot of questions, and needed a lot of hand holding since this is our first investment property. Not only does he have a lot of experience himself, but has formed a very knowledgeable team consisting of lenders, escrow people and assistants. This is the 5th house for us and we have never had such an easy and smooth escrow transaction, not to mention the whole offer and acceptance experience. The moment we went into escrow we received a detailed email from him with the breakdown of what to do, what to expect and what steps to take. It was a breeze! I’m telling you if you’re considering a purchase or rental, contact Bryan before anyone else. He answers all calls, texts and emails and you’ll never be waiting for a response.
