Cody was an amazing realtor! The communication was excellent as he was always available via phone and email. He was very informative regarding what was expected from listing to receiving an offer, inspection and at the closing table. Plus, he went to “bat” for us several times through negotiation of price and the to-do list after inspection. My husband & I highly recommend him & the Anchor team!

Cody is an amazing agent that was always there for us during our home buying “adventure”. Being first time home buyers,this can be a very overwhelming experience and Cody was always willing to offer suggestions and help us no matter what day or time it was. I never felt in the dark during my home buying experience. I highly recommend him and Anchor real estate.

Matthew went above and beyond to help our family to list my parent's home, pricing it well and getting two offers in the first three days and transitioning them to assisted living. He even rolled up his sleeves packing and hauling boxes around. He connected us with a fabulous move manager who coordinated the movers, estate sale, house cleaning, and more. We were impressed with his professionalism, experience and patience in working with seniors and working through some difficult issues at times. He made things convenient for my parents and for us throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Matthew Sipera for your real estate needs.

I had a very unique situation that made the sale of my house stand out from every day sales. Matthew was very patient with all the intricacies that arouse out of this and yet still trudged forward with me on this diligently.
