Our experience with Larry was exceptional, we had spoken with Larry the year before we came down to Florida and as a favor to our agent in New Hampshire we meet with his agent in Florida. We saw 11 or 12 houses from 10:00am to 6:00pm, we were extremely tired and saw nothing we liked, two days later we meet with Larry who know what were looking for and the area we liked. In the next two days we saw four houses at pleasant pace with time to discuss each property, from those we selected one, Larry negotiated a discount and the sale completed.
