Our experience with Larry was exceptional, we had spoken with Larry the year before we came down to Florida and as a favor to our agent in New Hampshire we meet with his agent in Florida. We saw 11 or 12 houses from 10:00am to 6:00pm, we were extremely tired and saw nothing we liked, two days later we meet with Larry who know what were looking for and the area we liked. In the next two days we saw four houses at pleasant pace with time to discuss each property, from those we selected one, Larry negotiated a discount and the sale completed. My wife was from New Hampshire and myself from United Kingdom so there was a lot work needed to transfer money and documents, Larry made all the facilities need to finished the sale and Donna and I will always be grateful.

Andrea was/is the most wonderful agent to work with! She answered all of our questions in a timely fashion with a great deal of patience and offered us the best advice during all aspects of the buying/selling process, including viewing properties, making offers, negotiating, financing, closing, etc. She was available during the weekends and nights and bent over backwards to sell our house for the best price possible. She also was instrumental in the purchase of a new primary residence close to the beach and an investment property close by for our son to rent.
