In this market selling and buying a house is very tedious and not an easy task. With Dawn’s expertise and professionalism, I was able to accomplish both. With buying my house, my stresses were high as with this being my second home purchase, (Dawn also sold me my first house!) I had some specific criteria that I wanted in my new home, one of those criteria being a pool. If you have spoken to other brokers, please stop. Perrine & Philip Dowling are the best. Both are very upfront, honest, and ethical. They went above & beyond to sell my home and even after the sale helped in ways other brokers would have not. At the first meet, both asked what was important to me. After listening to me, both viewed my home & told me what needed to be done to get the best price. Since I did all they suggested, Perrine was able to negotiate an extra $2,000. There are no words to truly express my gratitude to both of them. By the way, they sold my home within 24 hours.
