Mike took into account everything we said and wanted and made it a point to show us only houses we were interested in. Very knowledgeable about the local market and what look for in a house when moving from out of state. We were in a situation where we weren't in a rush to find a house and explained that to him and he never made us feel like we needed to make a quick decision. He was always available for all questions and responded right away no matter what time of day. He made the whole process simple and easy and explained every step along the way. We would recommend Mike to anyone we know and would feel comfortable in doing so. Even though he was our realtor we feel like he became a friend along the way.

Mike really knows his stuff from real estate to the construction side his wealth of knowledge is priceless. He really takes the time to be thorough in all aspects of the home search and buying process. He truly took so much off of our plate and it made a really stressful process manageable for us. Every obstacle that came up he had a solution for and we truly didn’t have to worry about anything when it came to the things Mike was handling for us. He made it easy. We also felt that Mike is one of the most trust worthy people we have ever met there was never a point where we were second guessing his advice as he truly cares about the outcome and making his clients happy. I would 100% go with Mike for any and all future real estate transactions without hesitation. You really cannot go wrong. If Superman was a realtor he’d be Mike.

After 10 years of looking for a home in Venice, we found a realtor who responded quickly and worked for us! While on vacation we found a house for sale that we wanted to see. We called the number on the sign, and Lulu called back in less than 5 minutes, and she offered to show us the house as soon as we finished lunch! Since we are from Maryland, we were unfamiliar with how things work in Florida and she worked diligently to help us through the purchase. Three weeks later we were moved in. Lulu is personable, professional and quick with communication. A rare find.

My wife and I were first-time homebuyers, and Dawn made the whole experience way less intimidating than we expected. She was super transparent, patient, and always made sure we understood what was going on... even if she had to explain things more than once (which she happily did!). She had our backs every step of the way and made sure no one took advantage of us just because we were new to the process. Dawn was always in touch, never left us hanging, and stayed on top of everything. She even helped us land our perfect home after we were told it was off the table. We still can’t believe it! We seriously can’t recommend Dawn enough. She’s the best!

How do you write a review for an agent who worked so hard, was so innovative and energetic, and when faced with impossible obstacles never faltered in her fight for her seller? What should have been a slam dunk sale of a beautiful home turned to the worst possible scenario when after a few weeks on the market our home was hit by not 1, but 2 hurricanes. Through the horrible and challenging aftermath of this, Dawn was our steadfast supporter and constant champion. Through repairs, a stalled market (4 month with no showings!) and finally dealing with the loss of what we dreamed our home sale would be and facing the reality of selling in a market hit by natural disaster to bully buyers, Dawn was our staunchest ally. I never once doubted Dawn's advice and expertise in a market no one could have predicted, and her support and market knowledge guided us through the most difficult sale negotiations she or we have ever encountered. 5 stars are not enough, if you want someone with incredible market insight, constant market analysis, innovative marketing strategies and a solid, well thought out plan, lending itself to both selling and buying, Dawn is the GOAT!
