Top Notch Experience!!
Working with Dawn to sell our home was the best decision! Dawn was willing to listen to us. She took the time to understand what we wanted when selling our home, the challenges we would have showing our home (2 college kids, 2 cats, and a large, very friendly older dog), and then researched to confirm that what we wanted was possible. Dawn showed us the data and helped us understand what was happening in the market and our neighborhood. I loved that it was a conversation, not a sales pitch. We had several offers, and Dawn helped us navigate the offers, not just the price but the terms too. We were able to make an informed decision that gave us the best price and terms. Dawn always kept our best interest front and center! Dawn did an amazing job keeping everything on track and communicating with us and the other parties to ensure everything proceeded as smoothly as possible and on time. Amazing Experience!!
I can not say enough good things about Dawn! Dawn is knowledgeable, does the research needed to be well-informed about properties, and is always looking out for the best interest of her clients. We had a very quick transaction, 12 calendar days from viewing (on a holiday weekend) to closing! Dawn made sure that every part of the transaction stayed on track. One of my favorite parts of working with Dawn is that she is an excellent communicator with us and the other parties involved. We were always aware of what the next steps were and what we were waiting on. I always felt well-informed but not stressed. If you want an amazing realtor who knows what they are doing, wants what's best for you, and is willing to put in the work, you won't be disappointed with Dawn Fernandes.

I've trusted Dawn as my realtor several times now and she's always worked diligently to make the process of buying or selling seamless for me. She informed me of all concerns and kept me up to date daily during the whole process along with taking care of problems in the background without even involving me, which kept my stress level down! She works hard at keeping up with buying and selling trends, pricing and locations to keep her clients happy, informed and never disappoints. Five Star Agent Who Goes Above and Beyond
When it came time to purchase a home, time was not a luxury I had. I initially contacted Dawn through a referral, not knowing what to expect. When I first spoke with her, she took the time to find out exactly what it was I was looking for and the time I needed. She was honest and thorough with regard to my expectations and if they could realistically be met. Since I was a first-time home buyer, I had no idea what I was getting myself into. She guided me along the way and provided me with valuable insight which is only gained by someone with her experience. She always encouraged me to be open and honest with her and to let her know what I truly felt about the houses we were looking at. Even though I was not her only client, she made me feel as though I was. She always made herself available and would respond to my inquiries as soon as she could. That even included times that I would consider non-working hours. Dawn always advocated for me. When things weren't moving along as quickly as they should due to external factors, she would get on the phone with whoever was needed to speed up the process. Dawn is very transparent and would even send me the text messages she would send to others. With Dawn Fernandes as your real estate agent, you will never feel alone on your home-buying journey. I would recommend her in a heartbeat.

If you’re READY, SHE IS THE ONE YOU NEED
Dawn is so incredibly knowledgable about all the things you need to know when walking into the Tampa Bay Area market, and just purchasing a home in general. She is very honest and straight forward, which some appreciate and some don’t, but it’s VITAL when working in this market. I could not have had the insight, knowledge, or facts to navigate this market without her. She stuck with me even when I was probably the most annoying client and was going back and forth on what I wanted and I will forever be grateful for her not firing me as her client during that time. Seriously. It took me some time to regroup during the worst market surge I’ve ever seen where we were making offers all over and getting nothing due to how many people were home shopping and the number of cash deals going on at the time. And she still went hard for me the entire time. A year later after taking a break on looking, I called her up ready to try again and she showed up for me right away. She had given me my space while I dealt with some personal situations and took time away from house hunting, but was so reliable again once I was ready to jump back out there. Our first time meeting back up for showings, we walked into my perfect home. She already knew my taste and my wishlist by then and we both knew right away I had to get this one! She always gave me her advice on how to offer a most competitive offer, and I listened. I’m now sitting in my new home after over a year of looking, that meets my wishlist and more which at one point I gave up. Dawn walked me through the entire purchase process and showed up every single step of the way providing me with lists of everything I could possibly need. It was like having a realtor and an assistant to moving in one. She takes her role incredibly serious and does everything in her power to ensure you get your perfect home! She is the absolute best! And that’s coming from the most challenging client she has probably ever had! I recommend her 1,000%.

Dawn was in complete control of this entire process.Her knowledge of the business kept me from making a few serious mistakes that eventually would have cost some serious money.I never had a problem getting in touch with her with my many questions that she handled asap and if she didn't know got the answer in record time.You can not find a more professional salesperson anywhere.
