Lindsay listed my condo on a Thursday morning. There were three showings that afternoon and two scheduled for the next morning. By early Thursday evening there was two offers to but my condo. One offer was for full price. I took the full price offer and had Lindsay cancel the next day appointments. Lindsay was very helpful through the entire procedure.

Kathy made sure the house was ready to sell before we listed it. She coordinated the inspection, and helped me to get two windows fixed. Kathy updated me once we had an offer, once we accepted the offer, and she kept me informed if any issues occurred. Kathy came over to the house on a regular basis to make sure things were done to make the hous the most presentable, and to help ensure the sale. We ran into several bumps that threatens to delay the closing. She was able to advise me, and coordinate getting things done. She also got someone to do a terminal clean after the house was empty. They did a great job. Kathy has great communication skills and was very pleasant and accommodating during the entire process.

So, selling the condo was a little slow. Now not because Kathryn wasn't trying, she was working hard on the listing, she put it on face book, which got hundreds of views, it just was a little slow on viewings. I wasn't worried I knew the right person would come along. So to help make it more attractive, Kathryn cut her percentage to see if that would help. So, now one day into my vacation, I get a call from Kathryn telling me that we had an offer and that if I was ready to sell, I needed to sign the contract, good thing my daughter had her lap top to seal the deal. So, first off my thanks to Kathryn for working so very hard to make the sale happen and for doing what ever it takes to get your property sold. I would recommend her to anyone who is in the market to sell or buy. so twice I have enlisted the help of Kathryn to help me sell a house buy a condo and buy another house. Each transaction was different and each time Kathryn came through for me with great results. I always tell Kathryn that not only is she an agent but, a friend, a financer, and even a therapist sometimes. I often found my self on the ledge and she always talked me off the ledge. She knows her stuff, what to look for, how to list and how to sell your current home and how best to find the new one. We met Phyllis snd Charlie 3 years ago to buy a mobile home here in Burnt Store Colony to spend our winters here.
