So, selling the condo was a little slow. Now not because Kathryn wasn't trying, she was working hard on the listing, she put it on face book, which got hundreds of views, it just was a little slow on viewings. I wasn't worried I knew the right person would come along. So to help make it more attractive, Kathryn cut her percentage to see if that would help. So, now one day into my vacation, I get a call from Kathryn telling me that we had an offer and that if I was ready to sell, I needed to sign the contract, good thing my daughter had her lap top to seal the deal. So, first off my thanks to Kathryn for working so very hard to make the sale happen and for doing what ever it takes to get your property sold. I would recommend her to anyone who is in the market to sell or buy. so twice I have enlisted the help of Kathryn to help me sell a house buy a condo and buy another house. Each transaction was different and each time Kathryn came through for me with great results. I always tell Kathryn that not only is she an agent but, a friend, a financer, and even a therapist sometimes. I often found my self on the ledge and she always talked me off the ledge. She knows her stuff, what to look for, how to list and how to sell your current home and how best to find the new one.
