She also knows what great customer service is and truly puts her clients first. Once we let her know the area we wished to live in and the type of dwelling we desired she went to work for us. She showed us numerous properties that matched our stated parameters, wrote up offers for us and never once did we feel we were being pressured by her to buy a particular property. Leo was absolutely awesome to work with. He sold my parent's property in Punta Gorda. Our family was not local so we relied upon Leo for guidance along the way. We could not have done this without him - he went out of his way to ensure some improvements were made to the property when a couple items came up on the inspection report. He met with contractors and gave us many great referrals. He provided honest feedback on potential offers and ultimately with a sale of the property.
