Linda was extremely professional yet she was excited and fun to be around when showing homes. She had the ability to answer every question I asked; and believe me I asked a lot of questions. her knowledge was superb. I felt very comfortable paying $360,000 for a condo without batting an eye. She made me feel comfortable and as if I was in very good hands with her. I’m so happy with her service that I make sure to spread the word about her abilities. I have dealt with several salespeople through the years. Most not all are looking for that sale. Leonard from the beginning had my back and had me looking at what he knew I liked. He went to several homes and did walk throughs with me. Once I had my home he ever drove to the house and did a walk through for me. The man is a gem. He did all this for a 1/2 a commission. I had started with someone else , Leonard went way over and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied. Hats off to Leonard and I look forward to sending him anyone I know looking!

Lindsay listed my condo on a Thursday morning. There were three showings that afternoon and two scheduled for the next morning. By early Thursday evening there was two offers to but my condo. One offer was for full price. I took the full price offer and had Lindsay cancel the next day appointments. Lindsay was very helpful through the entire procedure.

Kathy made sure the house was ready to sell before we listed it. She coordinated the inspection, and helped me to get two windows fixed. Kathy updated me once we had an offer, once we accepted the offer, and she kept me informed if any issues occurred. Kathy came over to the house on a regular basis to make sure things were done to make the hous the most presentable, and to help ensure the sale. We ran into several bumps that threatens to delay the closing. She was able to advise me, and coordinate getting things done. She also got someone to do a terminal clean after the house was empty. They did a great job. Kathy has great communication skills and was very pleasant and accommodating during the entire process.
