Above and beyond is the best phrase to describe my experience working with Faith. She is hardworking, diligent, and communicated closely with me throughout the whole process. As a first time home buyer, she made me feel me feel reassured that she had my best interest at heart and truly wanted to find and negotiate for the perfect home for me. For example, my home inspection revealed some water in the crawl space. Faith shined as she negotiated repairs for this with the seller so that I was satisfied to go through with the purchase. Even after the purchase of the home, she helped me with ensuring that I had the resources I needed to repair/make changes to my home. I highly recommend working with her.

Faith always had a very flexible schedule when it came to scheduling viewings that worked well for our family- we have a toddler so that's not always easy. She was quick to point out anything in the houses that could be potential issues (cracks or water damage marks) and happily provided her opinion on whether the listing price seemed reasonable, if asked. Faith was also very prompt with providing documentation and submission for the houses we placed offers on. She even found us a house outside our original idea for the amount of land we thought we wanted but we absolutely fell in love with. The house itself was what we imagined in a beautiful neighborhood, close to work with many other children for our toddler to play with. We are so grateful for the hard work Faith put in helping us find a great home here in Burlington, NC and driving all around Greensboro, Burlington, and Mebane to help us find what we needed.

Working with Faith was a real blessing for my wife and I. Moving from outside the area was difficult for us, but Faith had such a strong knowledge of the area and helped navigate us to find what we were looking for. She was extremely professional and always helpful. She kept us apprised of all the details and simplified all we needed to do.
