We’re so happy that we chose Faith Grant for our real estate agent. Her knowledge, experience, and support made selling one home and purchasing another a seamless process for us. We appreciated that she was always easy to contact, promptly answering any questions we had. Faith really listened to us, and took time to get to know us. We felt comfortable and confident that she understood our needs, goals and objectives during the process of our move. We always knew that she represented us effectively in interactions and negotiations with prospective buyer’s agents. Faith gave us excellent advice on preparing our home for sale. She and her team made sure the photos of our house were absolutely gorgeous and her insights of market trends helped us determine an appropriate price point for listing. Her thorough understanding of the area market, advice, judgement, and experience as an agent were all incredibly important to us as we evaluated two different offers on our house and we accepted a terrific offer within five days of listing. Additionally, Faith has developed a huge network of quality professional contractors to recommend for any necessary repairs needed to get your home sale-ready or after the purchase of your new home should modifications be desired. We highly recommend Faith Grant. In our experience, she’s the best!

If you're looking for a knowledgeable, down-to-earth, experienced agent then Faith is exactly who you need. I had no idea what to expect out of the home-buying process, but she made it easy. Her personal experience in home renovation was invaluable during the touring process and she was always honest about any issues she saw. Every vendor she recommended was thorough, trustworthy, and pleasant to work with. She went above and beyond every step of the way, answered questions swiftly and thoroughly, and made sure I was as informed as possible to make the best decision for myself/goals. We had unique family needs, and Faith helped us find just the right house (which was not easy). When the buying process became complicated due to the seller’s situation, Faith never missed a beat. She was undaunted, adaptive, knowledgeable, persevering and a pure joy to work with. Faith's innate patience was a blessing that we believe allowed for God’s grace to abide in our negotiations, resulting in smiles for all parties. She has a way that is superior without any ego and protective of her clients without any abrasiveness. We would absolutely work with Faith again, and we recommend her whenever we get the chance. Thank you, Faith!

If you want a realtor who doesn't let anything stop them from facilitating your purchase, Faith is your realtor. My daughter let me know the house across the street from her was for sale and my grandboys though Grandma should move there! How could I say no! Unfortunately, I live in New Mexico and was leaving for a trip to Cuba the next day! The hoops Faith went through working with my daughter to tour the home, make an offer, and get it accepted while I was out of the country was commendable! She is also a great resource for contractors and handymen. And if you're lucky, you will get to meet her adorable son! I can't say enough good things about how this difficult transaction was made smooth by Faith's patience, talent, and knowledge.
