Maria is absolutely awesome, I am a first time home buyer using my VA loan. With the way the market is and all of the cash buyers & conventional loans, a VA loan is often bottom of the stack or not even considered. Maria was adamant that we keep trying and stay optimistic. She was on top of everything and so responsive to all of my first time home buyer questions. I wish there were more stars to give her! Kim was extremely thorough and helped me find a place unseen. I was looking for a place in Florida so I can get away from the daily grind in Atlanta.
