•Melinda is 100 percent knowledgeable of the ultra competitive Phoenix real estate market. She was always willing to invest the time and energy to investigate any property we were interested in. We are moving from out of state and relied solely on her judgement and experience as she did walk throughs with us virtually. I never would have imagined we would by a home in this manner but because we were working with Melinda, we felt the confidence to purchase our new home this way. Melinda is confident, patient and caring. She had our best interest top of mind. We really felt she was in this endeavor with us. We are happy with our new home and happy with the fair price we paid. Melinda made this happen. I whole heartedly would recommend Melinda Muller as your agent when looking for a new home.
Kim kept in constant communication with me throughout the entire process. It was seamless. She even took the time to care for my dogs while showing the house when I was at work. And of course my dogs loved that! I know a ton of realtors, my brother-in-law being one, but I chose Kim. I met her several years ago, loved her energy and positivity, lost touch due to life circumstances but fortunately reconnected. Kim explained everything to me, made sure I understood everything, and answered all of my questions. Moving out of a house I lived in for 25 years was hard and I had been thinking about it for a long time. Doing a huge life change by myself was stressful. I asked Kim to meet me at Starbucks one day, we talked, and boom my house was sold in the time frame she told me. I felt so comfortable working with Kim, she guided me where I needed help, and I was so fortunate to sell when I did. I will recommend her to anyone I know who wants to sell their house!
