If you want the best you'll want Melinda (no I'm not a family member). This review is late but our experience with her still resonates strong. We had contacted another realtor who we had used in the past but we felt he undervalued our home. My wife called Melinda who visited the very next day and not only agreed that our home was undervalued but recommended a price $30K higher than the first realtor. Our home was on the market less than 24 hours and we had an offer for full asking price. Talk about knowing market values! She spent untold hours helping us search for a new home within our price point and we found a home we love within a week. I've bought and sold several homes in my lifetime but I must say this was by far the easiest and most pleasant experience of all! It was quite obvious Melinda valued our business and treated us as friends not clients. There is no substitute for experience!

I am out of state and needed to list and sell a home. Melinda came recommended, and I'm glad that she was referred to me. She sent me examples of her marketing material, and communicated her plan to have the house listed and drive as much interest as possible. We quickly received some offers. After the inspection, Melinda referred four different contractors to me that could help with the issues I needed fixed. Each one was great to work with, and worthy of a 5-star review of their own. Everything was great, and she kept the communication clear, easy, and to the point. I would be happy to use her again.
