Kim kept in constant communication with me throughout the entire process. It was seamless. She even took the time to care for my dogs while showing the house when I was at work. And of course my dogs loved that! I know a ton of realtors, my brother-in-law being one, but I chose Kim. I met her several years ago, loved her energy and positivity, lost touch due to life circumstances but fortunately reconnected. Kim explained everything to me, made sure I understood everything, and answered all of my questions. Moving out of a house I lived in for 25 years was hard and I had been thinking about it for a long time. Doing a huge life change by myself was stressful. I asked Kim to meet me at Starbucks one day, we talked, and boom my house was sold in the time frame she told me. I felt so comfortable working with Kim, she guided me where I needed help, and I was so fortunate to sell when I did. I will recommend her to anyone I know who wants to sell their house!
