Very helpful and communicative

Suren was very attentive to the sale of the property, offered good advice and was very communicative every step of the way. She answered questions I had late at night and even on weekends.

A professional agent with a wealth of knowledge...

Exceptional Service

Suren Adams service was exceptional. She listened to my housing criteria and showed me homes without pressure to buy. I was surprised at how quickly I found "the one". Suren was very knowledgeable of the area and helped me feel comfortable that my potential new neighborhood had all I was asking for. While negotiating my offer price Suren was supportive and encouraging until my offer was accepted! When the home inspection showed a few issues, Suren was instrumental in helping me find the best vendors to remedy the issues. Navigating all the parts of home buying can be overwhelming, but Suren made it comfortable and fun. It was like shopping with family. I am very happy with my new home and highly recommend Suren Adams to help you secure your new home.

Professional, Knowledgeable, Kind and Efficient

Selling our townhome via Ms. Adams was the smartest decision I have made in a long time. She is kind, patient and a consummate professional. She answered all my many, many questions, sometimes more than once, never made me feel like I was asking stupid questions...which I think a few of them were. She was truly knowledgeable in all aspects of this transaction. She added special decorative touches, so the home showed better, and it sold quickly. It was only on the market for 13 days in December, and we settled within a couple of weeks. Ms. Adams is the best business partner to have when it comes to conducting real estate business. When I sell my current home, I know Ms. Adams will take good care of it.

Go to Suren if you want to buy or sell a house

I worked with Suren for the purchase of my house, and I believe it is one of the best decision I made. Thanks to her negotiation and problem-solving skills, I got a deal I'm extremely satisfied of.
