We bought our home with TJ as our buyer agent in 2017. We decided to hire TJ again in 2025 to sell our home in March after it sat on the market for months with another realtor. Our house was on the market for 24 hours before we got an offer over asking using TJ's real estate expertise. TJ made the whole experience seamless while we were settling in our new home in Italy (literally we barely lifted a finger). His communication was excellent even with the 6 hour time difference. It doesn’t take much to get your realtor license but there’s a HUGE difference between someone with their license and a good realtor. Don’t let just anyone be your realtor, it could cost you thousands. TJ and I have done a few deals together and I have more respect for his profession than I did before I met him. Some realtors just walk you through a home and provide literally nothing else. TJ is knowledgeable, speaks candidly, and has contacts that can literally save deals from falling apart. I’ve used several realtors before I met TJ and I can tell you some are just straight sales people that provide no value. If you actually read this far TJ is a good realtor and I will use him again. You should too!
