Kristin isn't interested in selling a house, she is dedicated to helping you find your forever home. She spent years, yes literally years traveling around to show us houses. She made it a point to mention pros and cons to each house as if she were buying it for her own family. She was extremely knowledgeable in value and the market which enabled us to purchase our dream home. She is mindful of neighborhoods and what would be a good fit for our personal lifestyle and needs. I had an impossible timeline, limited home options, and to be far I’m not the easiest client. I was in town on a whim and wanted to see some properties. My current realtor was unable to get me into any properties, so I started calling myself. I called Kevin and he was able to get me into several houses that night and more the next day. He moved his current schedule around to accommodate my short visit. (My apologies Amanda). I made an offer that weekend and the process was smooth from there. Unfortunately, it didn’t work out with the current sellers and we had to pivot. Again, Kevin dropped what he was doing to get me into other homes. I gave him the impossible task of getting a seller to accept my 2nd offer 1 hour into their listing. He got it done, and we are now in our new home thanks to him. I will only work with him going forward!

Kevin and Amanda were great with my home buying process. They were helpful on sending houses that became available, researching information on them prior to seeing them and giving their honest opinion when I was questioning something with a house. They’re patient and respectful of making the decision of putting in an offer or not. They were very quick in getting offers written up and submitted. They helped me get a good deal on a house I liked and during inspection were helpful on me understanding all the terminology and concerns that were on the report. Amanda sold my dad’s house for me when he passed. She was available and responsive anytime I had questions.
