It seemed as though mine was being put on the back burner, she was not good at communicating with us, and overall very unprofessional. When I got in contact with Savannah I wasn’t sure if I was ready to sell yet but she was not at all pushy and really seemed as though she was looking out for our best interest. Once we decided to go back on the market, Savannah was putting work in making sure our house was ready, advertising our home, and setting up showings like crazy. I can tell that she is very eager to do good in the real estate market. Not only will she get you the best offer, but she will also take care of any obstacles that pop up along the way. One last thing I wanted to add is that her communication was top notch, we never felt out of the loop even though we were selling from another state! Highly recommend Savannah!

Savannah has been absolutely amazing. After our initial talk, Savannah got right on my request to sell some property. She quickly did her due diligence and researched the price the property according to what the market would accommodate as well as the value of each property and we were able to come to an agreement and readily get the properties on the market. Savannah kept me appraised of offers as they came in and we agreed on the best offer. Savannah helped us list our home, get it cleaned, pictures taken and on the market in less than a week. A few days later and we had multiple offers to choose from. Savannah made it look so easy! She then helped us purchase a home that we love. She dedicated so much time, and assisted us in every aspect imaginable. Savannah is an amazing realtor, if you’re looking for a ride or die on finding a home she is the one. First off we went through buying a home with Savannah via FaceTime and phone calls. So finding an agent that will give you honest opinions and great feedback was a requirement due to us being in another state. Savannah traveled to dozens of homes for us in the competing market to find out home. She is highly competent and fast at what she does. Any issue that happened she was there to fix it and required very little work on our end. If you’re looking for someone to trust and get the job done she is your go to.
