Savannah has been absolutely amazing. After our initial talk, Savannah got right on my request to sell some property. She quickly did her due diligence and researched the price the property according to what the market would accommodate as well as the value of each property and we were able to come to an agreement and readily get the properties on the market. Savannah kept me appraised of offers as they came in and we agreed on the best offer. She walked me through the selling process with care to answer my questions and explain everything in layman’s terms. Thank you, Savannah. Savannah made selling this property a walk in the park for me.

Savannah made the stressful experience of buying a home seemless. She is exceptionally knowledgeable and so the detailed ins and outs of home buying were just handled by her. We felt she was our fierce advocate and the outcome was exactly what we wanted and more. We would highly recommend her for the buying or selling of your home. You will be well taken care of.

I’ve worked with Savannah to both sell and purchase a home in WA. She was wonderful to work with and was always available to answer all of my questions. She did a great job coordinating with our local lender and most importantly really helped us navigate buying a home in a very stressful/competitive market.

Savannah kept us in the loop every moment there was an update. Answered all my many questions and was totally reachable whether I decided to text or call. Savannah goes through the motions with you - as in, she gets your frustrations as they are also frustrations she has to deal with. It’s still a hot market out there and a total rollercoaster for all those involved - you definitely want a relator who wants it as bad as you and that’s Savannah. Savannah doesn’t pressure you into moving forward if it doesn’t feel right for you. She simply lays out all the options with facts and let’s you decide.

Savannah went above and beyond to make our sale and move as smoothly as possible. Selling a home today may be easy but navigating through the details of a move can be overwhelming. Thank goodness we hired Savannah because she made is stress free being there every step of the way!

Sarah was very organized and had everything organized for our home sale. She managed an extremely busy first weekend on the market with over 50 showings. She talked through the pros and cons of the list price, the offers, and all the steps along the way. Would recommend highly recommend Sarah to anyone needing an agent to buy or sell with.

Savannah goes above and beyond. I would recommend her to everyone. We could not have matched with a better agent. Savannah helped us list our home, get it cleaned, pictures taken and on the market in less than a week. A few days later and we had multiple offers to choose from. Savannah made it look so easy! She then helped us purchase a home that we love. She dedicated so much time, and assisted us in every aspect imaginable. When our first purchase fell through she put us up in a rental temporarily while we started house hunting again. Day or night she was always available, even on her vacation. She never stops and truly cares about her clients. She has so many resources, is amazing at making things happen and a pleasure to work with. We will continue to refer Savannah to friends and look forward to working with her again in the future!

Savannah is an amazing realtor, if you’re looking for a ride or die on finding a home she is the one. First off we went through buying a home with Savannah via FaceTime and phone calls. So finding an agent that will give you honest opinions and great feedback was a requirement due to us being in another state. Savannah traveled to dozens of homes for us in the competing market to find out home. She is highly competent and fast at what she does. Any issue that happened she was there to fix it and required very little work on our end. If you’re looking for someone to trust and get the job done she is your go to. Couldn’t be happier, thanks again Savannah.

Savannah contacted me within 10 minutes of me going on the Clever website seeking out a broker. She was well-prepared for our initial listing meeting impressing me with her knowledge and opinions of what we needed to do to get our condo ready for sale. She had a couple of contractor referrals who were reasonable and fast and helped us get the condo 100% ready for sale. Her MLS listing was very well written, her professional photographer took great pictures and in the end we had multiple offers and the condo sold for almost 5% over list--we were very happy with Savannah and her process and would definitely hire her again!
