Before meeting Savannah, I had ruled out a half of dozen other agents. It was worth the wait. I was an unusual client, with special needs, in the midst of several life crises, with an unusual home to sell, during the early days of Covid. The property did not fit neatly in any category so we had to find just the right buyer. My attempt to sell it as a FSBO has stalled. Savannah stepped right in, building on what I’d already done and taking it to the next level to find the right buyer. She was compassionate and patient about my situation. She was always quick to respond to my texts, typically immediately. She was an excellent communicator. She understood the market, utilized modern technology and had a good support team including contractors to call upon if needed. Because of COVID and my disability, showing the house was a challenge. Savannah and I came up with creative workarounds that met my needs. I had some experience in real estate and some strong opinions about how things should be done. She respected my role as final decision maker but offered me good coaching when she thought it was warranted. She was usually right. When we ran into major obstacles, and I was about to lose my patience with the process, Savannah never lost her cool. She’s unusually grounded and unfazed by setbacks. One decision she made is especially telling about her and prevented what could have been a serious loss for me. Because the house had been on the market for many months (through no fault of Savannah’s), and we had had to drop the price, many potential buyers wrongly believed there was something wrong with the house. Eventually one buyer made a very disappointing lowball offer. Rather than pressure me to accept the low offer, Savannah held onto the offer overnight, on a hunch. By morning it was topped by another buyer, who made an offer very close to full market value and my original asking price. I could not recommend her services more highly.

I had a tough situation where I was not getting rent from my tenant and I couldn't evict tenant to sell the house because of the eviction moratorium. First realtor was very hesitant and not very enthusiastic about the situation, but when I spoke with Savannah, she sounded very confident and assured me she had experience with the kind of situation. she made so very helpful recommendations right away. once the house was ready to list, she put on an incredible plan and turn a house that was in a very mediocre (at best) state into a top selling shape in less than a week!
