Savanah was referred to me by a friend. Thank goodness!! She went above and beyond as an agent. She was able to assist me when I was out of the area and helped me with getting the home in sellable condition! She referred me to handyman to remove trash and take up carpet that needed replaced. She also hired a contractor to do some necessary repairs both in electrical and carpentry. They did great work and in a very timely manner. I also had a pipe burst and she was able to assist in calling the city to have it shut off and repair the damage. Selling a home in the area that I was selling was very challenging and she worked hard and found the right buyer for the area! I will hire Savanah again in my real estate ventures!

My decision to move cross country came late so I had little time to downsize & pack. Savannah REALLY had my back in the END with the help of her team! Here's how it all came down! First, when you interview a realtor ask about their team too! Savannah surrounds herself with OUTSTANDING team players who are skilled, dependable, fun, creative, supportive & never quit until it's all done. The market was quickly slowing down in the early fall of '22 & Savannah & I both expected my home to be on the market for a few weeks. Savannah, of course, sold it in a few days!
