Morgan’s market knowledge and professional work on selling my condo far exceeded my expectations. When he posted the condo he had a virtual tour which was excellent!! The day it went on the market the first buyer offered asking price and it was a done deal from there. It took 4 hours on the market to sell and I attribute this to Morgan. Although we had a few problems with the HOA his drive and knowledge of the problems were handled in a very timely manner. I would definitely use Morgan in the future!!

Very happy with Morgan and very grateful for all the help he provided. We were moving to Florida from New York, so we had plenty of questions and Morgan was super helpful and patient with us. I also really liked how he really listened to our preferences and tailored the process to us. With other agents you would talk to them about the type of property you wanted and they would then send you through their entire inventory, including properties that were complete opposite of what you were wanting. Morgan took the extra time and care to filter through all of that and come back with thoughtful recommendations.
