He quickly helped us secure a property at under list price while also providing in depth rental analysis, comp reports, repair budget estimations, ARV reports and more. Morgan was a huge help, both for buying my condo in FL and then selling the same condo some 5/6 years later. The photos and virtual tour he created for my sale was unlike any others I’ve seen. I have numerous friends selling/buying out of state a not one has had the same easy and comprehensive assistance I had. (Serious, with the pandemic, why aren’t more people utilizing the same type of virtual tour we used.) I would highly recommend going with Morgan when looking to buy or sell.
