Bogan assisted my husband and I sell our 1.5 acre home site near Plant City, Florida. He got the job done efficiently and with minimal involvement from us. He handled everything from the contract negotiations and drafting to attending the closing with us. I highly recommend working with H. Heart to heart
Working with Bogan was a great time. I had a relatively short time frame, coupled with being blind in a rough buyer's market, yet Bogan made the experience feel easy. I was able to ask questions at any time, any day, and get help on it. During the buying process, there was work to be done with the seller's side, and everything was taken care of, while also cutting the initial price quite a bit. Heart to heart; Bogan is a great agent and person, who wants to, and is able to help anyone reach their home ownership goals.

Excellent Service!
This was our 4th time using Bogan to purchase/sell and investment property. He helped us sell for ABOVE ASKING PRICE and also got the buyers to waive the appraisal contingency to secure our profits unconditionally. We were, and continue to be, extremally happy to use Bogan as our preferred Realtor in the Greater Tampa Bay area.

Super knowledgeable, with great communication and customer service
I was an out-of-state buyer that contracted Bogan after I was unhappy with my previous agent. The difference in service was night and day. I ask a lot of questions, which he answered fully and promptly. I asked him to do some research, show some properties over facetime, and provide some referrals, all of which ended up working out great. We has a small post-close issue, and he worked with me to resolve it, even though that wasn't his responsibility. Bogan is a great agent and a class act!

Moving out after a divorce
This was a challenging transaction of multiple levels. First it was a move motivated by a divorce and second, it was to an area I didn't know well. Bogan and I looked at easily 50 + properties before selecting this one. It was a cash transaction and Bogan was instrumental in streamlining the process. I had a pretty full plate dealing with the divorce and working took virtually all of the stress of the purchase off my shoulders. He was patient, understanding and thorough in helping me find this property. Highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell property.

Bogan made this easy
The property here was part of a divorce settlement and so needed to move quickly. Bogan did his usual magic and got it on the market and sold within 30 days. Nothing but positive to say about the process and Bogan's ability to drive it forward.

First Time Homebuying - Easy Breezy
